Nick is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has provided thearpy to individuals, couples, and families with a range of ages and backgrounds for the past 10 years. Based on the individual and presenting problem/topic, he draws upon techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. He compassionately welcomes all viewpoints and struggles, striving to elimiate shame from holding people back from expressing their true selves.
