About Susan

Susan helps her clients foster resilience and positive change from a person-centered and strength-based perspective. She holds a dual Masters of Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy Degree and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. With 15 years of experience as a Child and Youth Support Worker, she has an extensive background working with children, youth, and families affected by domestic violence, navigating life transitions, or experiencing grief. Susan uses a collaborative approach to help meet client’s needs, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
